• The driveshaft rotates at a fast speed. Typically a speed of about 30 rotations per second or “30HZ” is the normal rotational speed at 50 mph.

• Because of this it is important for the driveshaft to be balanced properly.

• The driveshaft can not be out of round either. A typical drive shaft can have no more than .035” runout when measured.
